It is not possible to register groups using this form. This form is personalized and individual, and must be completed separately for each healthcare professional you wish to register.

If you would like to receive a group invoice for multiple registrations and arrange for deferred payment, please contact us. We will then provide you with a specific registration code.

If you have a guest code, please enter it at the beginning of the form and verify that the message “Valid code” appears.

To receive an invitation letter to the conference, you must meet the following requirements:

  • The applicant must be a healthcare professional practicing in the field of the congress and be able to provide proof of this or a patient / a family member of a patient.

Visit the “Abstracts” page on the website.

REGISTRATION and ATTENDANCE at the conference are MANDATORY for first authors.

If you are unable to attend on the day of the event, please let us know the name of your substitute.

🔴 PLEASE NOTE: You cannot pay your registration fees through the registered area.

💳 To pay by credit card, please re-register and pay directly at the end of the form.

If a previous registration has not been paid, it will be deleted to avoid duplicate entries.

💶 To pay by bank transfer, please contact us via email using the contact form so we can provide you with the necessary payment information.

📌 Tip: If you can’t find this email, you can log in using the “Forgot Password” option.
Your username is the email address you used when you registered.

🔴 Note: An email with your new password will be sent to you.

● an incomplete copy-and-paste or one with an extra space,

2️⃣ Multiple registrations with the same email address
To avoid this problem, a second username is sent to you upon registration (reference starting with SNA).

3️⃣ Blocked by your organization’s firewalls

The access badge will be available in your registered area starting May 11, 2027 (excluding speakers and chairs).

It will also be emailed that same week to all participants, including speakers and chairs.
